ABOUT US

Financial Solutions provides a free and impartial service designed to help users make an informed decision when choosing a home or investment loan in the least amount of time and we also assist users by completing the mortgage loan application process. We are not a lender for mortgages and personal loans, however the micro loans are funded internally under $2,000 through our  credit provider. You may require financial or investment advice at times and we can assist you with that service as well however some circumstances may need independent financial advice from a third party.

 

FEES & CHARGES

Financial Solutions does not charge a fee for the majority of services offered via this Website although standard lender application fees & government charges apply.  Where a commercial property is used as security, brokerage fees may apply. Financial Solutions receives fees from the lenders when users finalise mortgage loan transactions via our service.

 

LOAN APPROVALS

The approval of all mortgage loan applications are subject to the lending criteria of the lender chosen by the user.

 

THIRD PARTIES

Where you have clicked-through to Financial Solutions via one of our affiliate websites, we may pay the affiliate a marketing fee for the introduction.
